This gyuto has a san mai construction, made with 64hrc Apex ultra core and a wrought iron cladding. The entire knife has a dark black theme, with a kurouchi finish and a bog oak handle. The blade is an absolute performer with a 6.4mm spine tapering down to a mere 1.1mm before the bevel even starts. The edge is extremely thin as well, and the bevels are mirror polished with a subtle etch to show the wrought iron
