This 235mm gyuto was forged with an Apex Ultra core at 65hrc, with 30 layers of soft wrought suminagashi cladding in a san mai construction. The handle is a western shape, in walnut burl. The handle is on the slimmer side.
The blade has a thicker spine at the handle, around 6mm, but heavily tapers to a fine tip. In general a killer geometry.
The blade was mirror polished, and etched.
